Deliveries within Europe

We ship packages within Europe with PostNL, DHL and DPD. All orders placed (with the exception of pre-orders) have a delivery time of 5 to 10 working days (excl. shipping).

Deliveries outside Europe

We ship packages outside Europe with PostNL, DHL Express and FedEx. All orders placed (with the exception of pre-orders) have a delivery time of 5 to 10 working days (excl. shipping).

Deliveries outside the European Union customs union

All prices on the website are shown including 21% VAT. If you live outside the European Union customs union, you can shop tax-free. The final price excluding VAT is shown on the payment page, before you select the payment method. PLEASE NOTE! If you shop outside Europe, import duties and local VAT will always be added. Customs clearance in the country of destination can take from a few days to a few weeks, depending on a large number of factors beyond our control.

Track your package

After sending your package, we will send you an e-mail the same day with a 'tracking number'. With this specific number you can track the status of your package.
