3.1 What payment options does HOM-Shop.com offer?
At HOM-Shop.com you have the choice of different payment options.
- You can pay via IDEAL. With IDEAL you pay in your familiar internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. As an internetbanker it is possible to use IDEAL directly. Banks that use IDEAL are among others ABN-Amro, ASN Bank, Fortis, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank.
- You can pay by using Bancontact/Mistercash. With Bancontact/Mistercash you pay in your familiar Internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. As an internetbanker it is possible to use Bancontact/Mistercash directly.
- You can pay securely online with PayPal by credit card or simply through your own bank account.
3.2 How long does it take to process my payment?
The payment and processing of IDEAL, PayPal and Bancontact/Mistercash is done by HOM-Shop.com and will be processed immediately. This ensures that your order can be shipped faster, and you can enjoy your purchase earlier.

4.2 Can I track the package when it is shipped?
Your order will be shipped through PostNL. You will receive an e-mail with a Track&Trace code. With this code you can follow your parcel on the site of PostNL.
5 EXCHANGE & RETURN
5.1 Can I exchange or return articles?
All our products have a trial period of 14 calendar days. This period starts on the day after receiving of your order. Click here for the exchange or return procedure.
5.2 Where can I deliver my return package?
A return package can be delivered at the nearest post office.
5.3 Who pays the shipping costs for a return shipment?
The costs of returning items will be at your own expense and risk. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments will be refused.
5.4 How should I pack the return items?
If possible, returned items should be returned to us in the undamaged original packaging.
