WHEN CAN I RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS AT THE LATEST?

You have 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the moment of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. For returning the order, the return costs are at your own expense. To return, you can use your online account. You can also use the European model revocation form to cancel the purchase within 14 days.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO RETURN MY ITEM?

Returns can only be made via your personal HOM-Shop account and within 14 days after the delivery date.

  • Sign in.
  • My orders.
  • Select the order (view).
  • Returning items.

The following conditions apply to exchanging or returning:

  • The clothing has not been worn and/or washed.
  • There are no food stains, make-up stains, body odors or tobacco odors on the items.
  • No attempt has been made to repair a defect.
  • Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
  • The original cards and labels are still attached to the article.
  • If reasonably possible, return the article in its original packaging.
  • We have given you a unique RMA number.
  • The shipping risk and the costs of returning are for the buyer. HOM-Shop advises the customer to return an article if necessary by registered mail.
  • Insufficient or unstamped returns will not be accepted by us.
  • In case of product and / or delivery errors, the cost of return shipment will be borne by HOM-Shop. We will reimburse the return costs afterwards.
  • Product- and/or delivery errors must be reported to us within 14 days after delivery with description.
  • If our exchange and return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return shipments and charge you for the shipping costs.

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN PROCEDURE?

You can register your return in your personal account. The process is simple and consists of 6 steps:

Login: Log in to hom-shop.com. You are now on the account dashboard.
Order: Open the order to return.
Returns: Press the button "return items".
Items: Select the items you want to return.
Reason: Fill in the reason of your return and indicate the return action.
Submit: Press send.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a unique RMA number based on your details. You must return the items within 2 weeks after receipt of the RMA number. If these 2 weeks have elapsed, your RMA number will expire and no further rights can be granted to your return request. Upon receipt of your return you will receive a confirmation from us. When returning your shipment, the RMA number must be clearly visible on the packaging. Please state this RMA number consistently in all correspondence. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted by us.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?

You can easily follow the status of your return via your account.

WHEN WILL THE PURCHASE AMOUNT BE REFUNDED?

After termination of the agreement, the purchase amount and shipping costs (no return costs) will be deposited into your account within 14 days at the latest.
The entrepreneur shall reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, immediately but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the Entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait until he has received the product or until the Consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever time is earlier. The trader shall use the same means of payment that the consumer has used for the refund, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

ARE THERE ANY COSTS INVOLVED IN AN EXCHANGE?

Yes, when an item is exchanged, a re-stocking fee will be charged. You will also be charged for the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.

I WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS, DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS?

Yes, the return costs are for your own account.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY NEW ORDER IN CASE OF AN EXCHANGE?

After receiving the return package, we will ship (if in stock) the new items to you within 5 to 10 working days. You will receive the shipping confirmation on your email within 5 to 10 working days.
