Exchanges & Returns
WHEN CAN I RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS AT THE LATEST?
You should inform us within 14 days of delivery via our Self-Service Portal of any items you wish to return or exchange. Purchased items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are no longer possible after this period.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING MY ARTICLE?
Return only via your personal HOM-Shop account and within 14 days after delivery date.

The following conditions apply to exchanges or returns:
- Clothing should not have been worn or washed.
- There should be no signs of food stains, make-up, body odours or tobacco smells on the items.
- No attempts should have been made to repair defects.
- Underwear and swimwear may not be returned for reasons of hygiene.
- The original tickets and labels should still be attached to the item.
- The item should be in its original packaging.
- You have received a unique RMA number from us.
- Shipment risks and charges for returns lie with the purchaser. HOM-Shop advises customers to send returned items by registered post.
- Returns with insufficient postage or where no postage has been paid will not be accepted by us.
- In the case of product and/or delivery errors, the return charges will be paid by HOM-Shop. These will be subsequently reimbursed.
- Product and/or delivery errors should be reported to us, including a description, within 14 days of delivery.
- If our exchange and returns conditions are not met, we retain the right to return shipments to you and to charge on the delivery costs.
WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN PROCEDURE?
You can register your returns on our Self-Service Portal. The process is easy and comprises 6 steps:
Sign in: Sign in via hom-shop.com. You will arrive at your account dashboard.
Order: Open the order you want to return.
Return method: Press the button (return articles)
Articles: Select the articles you want to return.
Reason: Fill in the reason of your return and fill in the return articles.
Shipment: Press send.
If your return request has been approved, you will receive a unique RMA number based on your details. You must return the items within 2 weeks of receiving the RMA number. If these 2 weeks have elapsed, your RMA number will expire and no further rights can be granted to your return request. After receipt of your return you will receive a confirmation from us. When returning your shipment, the RMA number must be clearly visible on the packaging. Please state this RMA number consistently in all correspondence. Returns without RMA number will not be accepted by us.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?
You can track the status of your returns easily via your personal account.
WHEN IS THE PURCHASE PRICE REFUNDED?
After termination of the agreement, the purchase price and the shipping costs (no return costs) will be paid to your account within 14 days.
ARE THERE COSTS INVOLVED IN AN EXCHANGE?
Yes, a re-stocking fee will be charged when an item is exchanged. The shipping costs for sending the replacement article are also for your account.
I WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS, DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS?
Yes, the return costs are at your own expense.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE THE NEW ITEM FOLLOWING AN EXCHANGE?
Following receipt of the returned package we will send the new items to you within 5 to 10 working days (if in stock). You will receive the delivery confirmation by e-mail within 5 to 10 working days.
