When can I return purchased items?
For customers within the European Union (EU) only:
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day after you receive the product. After submitting your withdrawal request, you have a further 14 days to return the product to us.
During the withdrawal period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only use the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality. Where reasonably possible, we kindly ask you to return the product in its original packaging. Please note that underwear and swimwear are supplied with a hygiene seal. Your right of withdrawal expires once this seal has been removed or broken after delivery. Underwear and swimwear with a removed or broken hygiene seal cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
What are the conditions for returning an item?
The following conditions apply to returns and exchanges:
- The item has not been worn and/or washed.
- The item is free from food stains, make-up stains, body odours or tobacco odours.
- No attempt has been made to repair any defect.
- The original tags and labels are still attached to the item.
- The risk and cost of returning the item are borne by the customer. HOM-Shop recommends using a registered or trackable shipping service when returning products.
- Insufficiently stamped or unpaid returns will not be accepted.
- In the event of product defects and/or shipping errors, the return shipping costs will be borne by HOM-Shop. These costs will be reimbursed afterwards.
- Product defects and/or shipping errors must be reported within 14 days of delivery, including a description of the issue.
- If our return and exchange conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the shipment and charge the shipping costs.
How does the return or exchange process work?
You can withdraw from your purchase using our online withdrawal function, your personal HOM-Shop account, or the European Model Withdrawal Form.
No account and no login are required to use the online withdrawal function.
If you choose to register your return through your personal HOM-Shop account, please follow these steps:
- Log in to hom-shop.com.
- Open the relevant order under "My Orders".
- Click "Return Items".
- Select the items you wish to return.
- Enter the reason for your return.
- Submit your return request.
After we receive your return request, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt and a unique RMA number.
Please pack the items carefully and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Send the return shipment to the return address below.
After receiving and processing your return, we will send you a confirmation.

How can I track my return?
You can easily track the status of your return through your account.
When will my refund be issued?
After cancellation of the contract, the purchase amount and the original shipping costs (excluding return shipping costs) will be refunded to your account no later than 14 days after the withdrawal.
The trader shall reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including any delivery charges charged for the returned product, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the consumer informs the trader of the withdrawal. Unless the trader has offered to collect the goods himself, the trader may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or until the consumer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first. The trader will use the same means of payment for reimbursement as the consumer used for the original transaction, unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise. The reimbursement will be made free of charge to the consumer.
Are there any costs for an exchange?
Yes, the shipping costs for sending the replacement item are at your expense.
Do I have to pay shipping costs when returning or exchanging items?
Yes, the return shipping costs are at your own expense.
How long does it take to receive my replacement item?
After we receive your return package, we will dispatch the replacement item(s), subject to availability, within 5 to 10 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email within 5 to 10 working days.
