HOM-Shop.com ships worldwide and delivers orders to 196 countries. We work with several reliable carriers to ensure that every order is delivered safely and correctly. Depending on the size, weight, and destination country, multiple shipping options are offered during checkout, allowing you to choose the carrier with which your order will be shipped.

For all orders placed, with the exception of pre-order items, a processing time of 5 to 10 working days applies, excluding shipping time. During busy periods or in the event of customs inspections, processing and delivery may take longer. We have no direct influence over these delays.

For small and lightweight shipments, we offer worldwide shipping using mailbox parcels. This shipping method is a service provided by PostNL and is suitable for compact orders that fit through the letterbox. Mailbox parcels are always shipped with track and trace, allowing you to easily follow your order until delivery without needing to be at home.

Larger or heavier orders are shipped as parcel post. Within Europe, you can choose between PostNL, DHL, and DPD. For shipments outside Europe, PostNL, DHL Express, and FedEx are available. Depending on the destination, delivery speed, and shipping costs, you can select the carrier that best suits your preferences during checkout.

All prices on the website are displayed by default including 21% VAT. If you live outside the customs union of the European Union, you can shop tax-free. The final price excluding VAT will automatically be shown on the payment page before you select your payment method. Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, local VAT, import duties, and customs charges may be imposed by the customs authorities in the destination country.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, a shipment is considered delivered once it has arrived in the destination country and has been presented to the local customs authorities for clearance. From that moment onward, the further handling of the shipment falls under the responsibility of the local customs authorities and the recipient. The recipient is solely responsible for paying any import duties, customs charges, and local taxes imposed by the authorities in the destination country.

If a shipment is returned to us because the required import duties, customs charges, or other local fees have not been paid by the recipient, the purchase amount will not be refunded. In such cases, the order will be considered refused by the recipient and the right to a refund will therefore lapse.

Customs clearance may take several days to several weeks, depending on local procedures over which we have no control.

All shipments, including mailbox parcels, are sent with track and trace. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email the same day containing the tracking information for your shipment. The available shipping methods and corresponding costs are automatically displayed during checkout.
