HOM-Shop.com ships to 196 countries worldwide. For every order, we work with multiple reliable carriers to make sure your package arrives safely and in good condition. At checkout, you'll automatically see which shipping options are available for your country — based on size, weight and destination, you choose the carrier that works best for you.

Delivery times

All orders — except pre-orders — have a delivery time of 5 to 10 business days, excluding shipping time. During busy periods or in case of customs checks, processing may take a little longer. We don't have direct control over that, but we do everything we can to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Letterbox delivery: convenient and always trackable

Placed a small or lightweight order? We'll ship it as a letterbox parcel via PostNL. This is perfect for compact orders that fit right through your letterbox. No need to be home for delivery. And yes — even letterbox parcels always come with track & trace, so you can follow your order every step of the way to your front door.

Parcel shipping for larger orders

Bigger or heavier orders are shipped as standard parcels. Within Europe, you can choose between PostNL, DHL and DPD. Outside Europe, PostNL, DHL Express and FedEx are available. At checkout, you decide which carrier suits you best — based on speed, cost or personal preference.

Track & trace for every shipment

Every order — whether a letterbox parcel or a full-size package — is shipped with track & trace. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking email that same day. So you always know exactly where your package is.

Prices and VAT

All prices on the website are displayed by default including 21% VAT. Living outside the European Union? Then you can shop tax-free. The price excluding VAT is automatically shown on the payment page, before you select your payment method. Clear, upfront and no surprises.

Customs and import duties outside the EU

For orders shipped outside the European Union, local VAT and import duties may be charged by customs in the destination country. Once a shipment has arrived in the destination country and is cleared by local customs, further handling becomes the responsibility of local customs and the recipient.

The recipient is personally responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees and local taxes imposed by the authorities in the destination country. Customs clearance can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on local procedures — something we have no control over.

If a shipment is returned because the import duties or customs fees were not paid by the recipient, the purchase amount will not be refunded. In such cases, the order is considered refused and the right to a refund is forfeited.
