HOM-Shop.com ships worldwide and delivers orders to 196 countries. We work with several reliable shipping carriers to ensure that every order is delivered safely and correctly. Depending on the size, weight and destination country, multiple shipping options are shown at checkout, allowing you to choose the carrier you prefer for your delivery.

For all placed orders, excluding pre-orders, the standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, excluding shipping. During busy periods or customs inspections, processing and delivery may take longer. We have no direct influence on these delays.

For small and lightweight shipments, we offer worldwide shipping via letterbox parcels. This shipping method is a service provided by PostNL and is suitable for compact orders that fit through the letterbox. Letterbox parcels are always shipped with tracking, allowing you to follow your order easily without needing to be at home for delivery.

Larger or heavier orders are shipped as parcels. Within Europe, you can choose between PostNL, DHL and DPD. For shipments outside Europe, PostNL, DHL Express and FedEx are available. Depending on destination, speed and cost, you select the carrier that best suits your needs during checkout.

All prices on the website are displayed including 21% VAT by default. If you live outside the European Union customs union, you can shop tax-free. The final price excluding VAT is shown on the payment page before you select a payment method. Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, local VAT and import duties may be charged by customs in the destination country. Customs clearance can take several days to several weeks, depending on local procedures beyond our control.

All shipments, including letterbox parcels, are sent with tracking. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email the same day containing the tracking details. Available shipping methods and corresponding costs are automatically displayed during checkout.
